Family Cirque Classes
& Partner Acro
Family Acro—Stay tuned for future schedules!
Family Acro is more than learning cool partner tricks (though we’ll definitely do some of those!). It’s a playful, powerful way for kids and caregivers to connect through movement.
In this class, families learn how to work together through partner balances, supported poses, and introductory acro skills designed for all levels and via play and games . Along the way, you’ll build strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness — but just as importantly, you’ll strengthen communication, trust, and teamwork as a family unit.
Through shared problem‑solving and physical play, parents and kids practice listening, supporting one another, and celebrating small wins together. It’s an opportunity to step away from daily distractions and build confidence, connection, and resilience — side by side. Expect laughter, challenge, collaboration, and meaningful bonding in a safe, supportive environment. No prior experience needed — just a willingness to move, communicate, and have fun together.
Family Adventure Play—Stay tuned for future schedules!
Circus Adventure Play is a child-led, exploration-based experience designed especially for children under five and their grown-ups. Together, parents and children build strength, flexibility, coordination, and trust while discovering the exciting world of aerial arts in a safe, thoughtfully designed environment.
At this age, children need opportunities to take healthy risks in spaces where hazards are carefully managed. Our knowledgeable staff creates a supportive play setting where little ones can climb, hang, swing, balance, and explore at their own pace — with caregivers close by. This kind of adventure play is essential for early childhood development, supporting motor skills, body awareness, confidence, resilience, and problem-solving.
Through guided but largely self-directed play, children and adults learn to communicate both verbally and non-verbally while navigating circus elements together. The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on exploration, connection, and joy.
This class is designed for caregivers and children to participate together — no unaccompanied children, please.
For children ages 5 and over, we offer structured instructional classes and private lessons. However, ABC Cirque is a strong advocate for self-directed play as a powerful foundation for lifelong learning.
Come climb, swing, explore — and grow together.

Partner Acro
Mondays 6:30pm-8pm
Adult Partner Acro is where strength meets connection. Yes, you’ll learn impressive balances and dynamic partner skills — but the real magic is in the collaboration behind them.
Designed for adults of all levels, this class explores the art of working together through lifts, counterbalances, and creative acro shapes. Participants develop not only physical strength, mobility, and coordination, but also trust, clear communication, and responsive teamwork.
Acro is a conversation without words — it requires listening verbally and non verbally and adjusting in real time, and supporting your partner both physically and mentally. In a safe, structured environment, you’ll challenge yourself, build confidence, and experience the joy of shared accomplishment.
No prior experience is required. Come solo or with a partner — just bring curiosity, respect, and a willingness to try something new. Expect empowerment, connection, and yes… some pretty cool party tricks too.

Updated 2024
Circus training has very specific safety parameters unique from other movement arts. Please adhere to the dress code and know the coaches have the right to refuse training if wardrobe endangers students or apparatuses.
No zippers, buttons, watches, and jewelry are permitted. Wear fitted and footless athletic leggings that cover and protect the backs of the knees. Long hair needs to be tied up. No long artificial nails: these nails limit the person's ability to grip or safely stay in the air or maintain proper hand placement during ground acrobatic moves
For beginner classes only: fitted, basic tank tops or tee shirts covering midriffs are permitted.
For open level and advanced classes: unitards or leotards are best to cover midriffs to protect skin.
